Viva Las Vegas

I had fun but the city is a little too much for me to take. I met Derric (Sixpeppers) and his crew a few nights ago. That was fun. We drank and play drinking games and of course I don't lose. I think the really cool thing about this trip is I get to meet people I have never met in person before. It is cool to be around people who share the same interest as you. I enjoyed the trip a lot but i got burnt out towards the end. It seems most people enjoy going to the strip clubs. I just don't feel right at the strip clubs. I don't feel right that i had to pay money for a tease. I rather go to clubs and bars and socialize. I will probably be back next year and finally play in some events because i will be 21 by then. But for now, so long Las Vegas. Next month, i will be all over the country. Starting with santa barbara to san fransico to oklahoma to chicago to st louis back to maryland and the hamptons. It should be fun.

Funny Gambler2k4 story

So as all you guys might have known, Troy( Gambler2k4) was staying at our house this past week. I railed a couple of his online sessions and realized how badly he spews. Julian and I tried to help him as much as we could and we thought he would learn something. One night, gambler was a lil bit tipsy and saw luke playing 5/10 HU so he decided to jump into a 5/10 HU. I was helping him a lil bit. I was getting tired and was about to go to sleep. Before i hop into bed, i decided to check on him. He is now down 3k. Acecr9 and I tried to tell him to stop but he said the guy has his money and he can't stop. Being a good friend, I go into the router of the internet and disable his internet. That was the only way to stop him. He left the next day but i heard he played again when i was asleep and lost more at 5/10 HU. O Troy. You will be alright

Live Donks

I really really hate playing live poker but the other night, I decided to drink and play my hands blind. People are so bad. I told the table I am not looking my hands yet people keep folding to me....I would always bet the minimum every streeet and call any raises preflop. I only look at the hand if the raise is above 20 dollars. It was pretty cool. I actually ended up sucking out on a bunch of 2+2ers and ended up 800. People got so mad at me that they actually got up from the table and left. Last night was a pretty fun night. I went to hang out with a bunch of tourney donks from P5ers. We got like 5 bottles of goose at the bar. It was pretty cool. I got pretty wasted and don't really remember what happened from there.

It was absolutely delicious. I got the kobe beef sirloin, lobster and scallops. It only costs me 250 dollars. lol. We decided to hit up the rhino but we weren't allowed in because my idiot ass wore a jersey instead of a nice shirt. But come on though, jerseys are more expensive than a lot of "nice" shirts. We hit up the Caesar to donk around live. I overheard the rumor that Sammy Farha is a regular at 10/25 and 25/50 omaha in Houston and there is no way he has the roll to play stakes that high at the bellagio against sbrugby. Apparently he is being staked.

Nothing much going on

Marcello played the 3000 dollar WSOP event. I waited around the house all day as i received updates from him. Around 6, i received the news that Marcello was chip leader. We ran over to the Rio and caught him for dinner. Taylor, David and Andrew were still in it. Sven also arrived yesterday from Germany. We basically waited around for updates from Marcello through out the night. He got dwindled around the bubble and he was short stack for today. Tonight we are going to shintao with broberts and stealyaface.

Vegas Baby!

After 6 hours drive in the dessert heat, we were finally glad to arrive. The house is very nice with a lot of beds. It has a nice backyard and a nice patio and a jacuzzi. It doesn't have a pool but I don't mind it. Finally got to meet Luke(AceCr9) and Troy (gambler2k4) for the first time. Both seems very nice. Since Internet was broken to some of the laptops in the house, we weren't able to put in a session. We wasted most of the time fixing the internet. After dinner at just a local pizza place, we decided to hit up the Bellagio to go see gaucho and the cr crew. Guacho ended up putting me in the 10/20 game since i barely have any cash. I played for around an hour but the games kept breaking again! I won a lil over a thousand. The pot I won was one of the funniest pot I have ever played live. I raise UTG to 80 and UTG+1 reraised to 180. I decided that he has a strong hand and 4 bet to 500ish. To my surprise, he 5 bet me to 1000. After thinking for about 15 secs, I decided if he has AA, there is nothing I can do and I shoved. Since he didn't instant call, I rooted for a call. He eventually went in the tank for 10 minutes and someone called clock on him and he timed out. Each pot was taking 10 minutes every time and thats probably one of the main reason the game broke up and no one wants to play short handed NL holdem in a live casino. He later told me that he had KK and asked whether I "had it". I giggled as I said I had AK. I am pretty sure though he had QQ or KK the way he was playing in the game. Then Luke and Troy went and hanged out with muddy and crew but I decided i am going to go meet up with julian and marcello at the Caesar's palace and played some no cap 5/10 or 2/5. As i got there, i got very tired and decided to just play 1/3 and donked around. So far Vegas has been sweet. I haven't experience the night life but I love the gambling and the poker and how there are a lot of people I know in town.

Fun at commerce

Yesterday Julian and I went down to LA to commerce to meet up with Marcello. Since we didn't have too much money on us, we donked around the 2/3 game for a while. Since it is a 100 min/max buy in, it is pretty hard to win big pots. I was bored and kept shoving in blind a lot and i won about 200. Then we pooled some money together and went and played 10/20. It is unreal how bad the live players are. We won about 700 but the game broke since it was 5am. We messed around 2/3 for a couple of more hours. I lost 400 shoving every hand. We min raised and re-raised a lot of hands and were having a fun time. A lot of people join in the fun but some people were visibly upset at the table. We got back to Santa Barbara around 9am and all of us have been up for over 24 hours. We are planning to head out to Vegas tomorrow morning.

Almost there

So I flew out to Santa Barbara yesterday to meet up with julian (victumsempra) and drive down to vegas. It looks like we are going to go meet up with marcello (Thugsyk10) at LA and hit up commerce for a little bit. We planned to drive down to Vegas afterwards and meet up with luke (acecr9). We got a nice house with 5 bedrooms and 9 beds so we got plenty of space. Hopefully, it will be fun. Marcello and Luke are probably going to be playing donkaments. I still don't know whether I want to play live cash games or not. I am very good at live poker but my attention span usually doesn't last me more than 4 hours. O yea I am pretty sure Troy (gambler2k4) is going to be living with us also. It will be fun.
